(Seonjeongneung Dermatology) Sagging skin elasticity management Tenthera treatment review
Today, I'm going to post a review of the dermatologist procedure.
I am really into skin care, so I try to go to the dermatologist once every 3 months.
In the meantime, I mainly did laser toning or IPL with laser treatments that are effective for whitening, blemish removal, and pores, and I also received Fraxel from time to time.
However, even if I take care of it diligently, I was worried about sagging skin, so I turned my eyes to elasticity management.
While looking for Shurink and Ulthera, I got to know Tenthera, and after a storm search, I made a reservation and received the treatment.
Tenthera uses HIFU (ultrasonic waves) to penetrate the tissues inside the skin and regenerate collagen fibers and elastic fibers.
I liked the fact that the irradiation method, which we usually say as 100 shots or 200 shots, is two-line irradiation at once, so I can see double effect than the existing Ulthera.
Also, unlike laser or high frequency procedures, there are no traces on the skin surface, so it was good that you can go about your daily life right away without a recovery period.
I had to make a reservation, arrive at the dermatologist, register, and consult with a counselor first, but since I came with Tenthera in mind, the consultation ended quickly and I started preparing for the procedure right away.
It was a weekday morning, so there weren't many people.
After consulting with the doctor in the clinic, I first cleanse and prepare for the procedure.
All cleansing tools are provided, so after you finish cleansing comfortably, staff will apply anesthetic cream.
After applying anesthetic cream, wash your face again after 20 to 30 minutes, and finally receive the procedure.
Apply the gel on your face and start the treatment right away.
It seems that the doctor is adjusting the level while asking if the stimulation is coming.
The machine shows how much stimulation goes into which part of the face, so I think I can examine it accurately.
I got 200 lines and 400 shots were hit. The procedure is not accurate, including an anesthetic injection, but it seems to take about 10 to 15 minutes.
It can save half of the time compared to the existing Ulthera, and the photo below shows the person tidying up after the treatment, but it was nice that the treatment didn't show on the outside.
After the procedure, my face felt a bit hot for a few hours.
The pictures below are the day after the procedure and 3 days after.
I thought it didn't change dramatically when I looked in the mirror, but I can see the difference in the photo.
From one month to six months after the procedure, collagen and elastin regeneration begins, and skin tissue is regenerated steadily, so you can expect skin elasticity and lifting effects.
For steady elasticity management, it would be better to receive it once every 6 months, but the cost is a problem.
Personally, I prefer to do one strong and effective one rather than several weak ones, so I think Tenthera suits me well.
I would like to recommend it to people who have the same tendency as me but have a lot of facial fat but are worried about skin elasticity.
I hope it will be of some help to those who are looking for dermatological procedures.
Thanks for reading!!
