Tentech, cumulative sales of 2-line HIFU equipment ‘10THERA’ exceeds 500 units
Medical device company Tentech (CEO Han Dong Ok) announced on the 13th that the cumulative sales of '10THERA', a 2-line HIFU equipment, exceeded 500 units.
10THERA is a non-invasive HIFU medical device that utilizes the principle of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), which has been approved for manufacturing by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. It mainly penetrates deeply into the dermis layer and SMAS layer (fascial layer), delivering high heat energy without damaging the skin and promoting collagen production.
According to Tentech, 10THERA lifting using the HIFU principle can achieve effects such as increasing elasticity in the skin, improving contour, and improving sagging by increasing collagen. Unlike other HIFU equipment, 10THERA is a ‘2-line HIFU equipment’ with two lines of applicators, which can reduce the treatment time for patients. In addition, more efficient treatment is possible as more even energy can be delivered in one shot.
A Tentech official said, “With interest in anti-aging, the demand from patients seeking safer, non-invasive procedures in hospitals is increasing,” and “Inquiries about demos and purchases of 10THERA in hospitals are increasing.”
He continued, "With this trend, 10THERA lifting is currently attracting attention in overseas countries such as Taiwan and Vietnam, and the cumulative sales of 10THERA have exceeded 500 units." “We plan to release it in the summer,” he added.
Meanwhile, actress Myung Se-bin, who will appear in MBN's new drama 'The Crown Prince Disappeared' in April, is actively carrying out a marketing campaign for Tensora with '10THERMA', a monopolar RF (Radio Frequency) high-frequency equipment. .
