Tentech introduced the latest medical equipment, including ‘10THERMA’, at the American Laser Society
Tentech, which recently obtained certification from the U.S. FDA, has entered the American market in earnest and is actively exploring the global market.
Tentech is a medical device company, participated in the 43rd American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) held in Baltimore, Maryland, eastern United States from the 11th to the 14th and introduced the latest medical devices, including its flagship product 10THERMA. The day was revealed.
The American Society for Laser Medicine (ASLMS) is the world's largest laser society in the field of medical lasers and energy-based applications. It provides a forum for the exchange of scientific information, including the latest laser and energy research and development, and provides a look at cutting-edge laser-based medical equipment.
At this exhibition, Tentech will display the monopolar radio frequency (RF) equipment '10THERMA' and the fractional IPL equipment '10PL', which have obtained medical device 510(k) certification from the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration). It was introduced to American buyers and medical laser officials, and products scheduled to be released in the second half of the year, including '10REVIV', a needle RF equipment using a spray cooling method, and '10THUL' using thulium laser wavelengths, were unveiled for the first time in the United States. .
Tentech's flagship product, 10THERMA, a high-frequency medical device (maximum output 400W/6.78MHz), is a device that transmits high-frequency energy and generates heat through the electrical resistance of the skin. It uses a single polar electrode to effectively penetrate high-frequency heat deep into the dermis. A monopolar method is used to coagulate the tissue.
As a special advantage, it is equipped with an impedance matching system, so the amount of energy irradiated for each shot can be checked in real time according to the individual's resistance value, allowing a more personalized treatment, and 10THERMA's face tip area (5㎠) is wider than the face tip area of other high-frequency equipment, so it is effective as it can irradiate 20% more energy with one shot.
10PL is a pulsed light irradiator that emits photons in the form of short pulses with strong output light (IPL, Intense Pulsed Light) on the skin, which can improve skin diseases by causing selective thermal damage to the target without damaging surrounding tissues. there is.
A Tentech official said, “Tentech’s equipment to be released, as well as 10THERMA and 10PL, which have obtained FDA certification in the United States, have received great attention from the American ASLMS,” adding, “We hope that Tentech’s equipment will have a positive impact on pioneering the American market in the future.”
Meanwhile, Tentech is actively targeting the U.S. market by participating in major U.S. conferences and exhibitions, including the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the largest dermatology society in the U.S., held in the western U.S. last March.
